The sintered wire mesh is the perfect material for the filter. Due to the sintering process, the five layers can be bond tidely. The solid structure can resist the high speed shock. The opening hole will not deform easily, and the opening ratio can retain the good permeability. It is mainly used to filterate air and fluid, it has the small resisitance but large flow.
There are mainly 4 types of the sintered wire mesh, the Type A Sintered Wire Mesh, the Type B Sintered Wire Mesh, the Type C Sintered Wire Mesh, the Type D Sintered Wire Mesh. The major difference of these 4 types is the different combination of the different weave type wire meshes.
Type B Sintered Wire Mesh Material
The standard materials are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy C-276 , Monel 400, Inconel600, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205 are acceptable based on customer’s requirement.
Type B Sintered Wire Mesh Size
The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, 1200×1500mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement.
