Type C Sintered Wire Mesh Summary
The product is sintered by the punching plate and multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh. Due to the support of punching plate, it has the higher pressure and mechanical strength. It is mainly used in food&beverage, water treatment, dust removing, pharmacy, polymer,etc. It can be processed into various filters: tube, disc and sheet. The thickness of the punching plate and structure of the wire mesh can be customized according to the user’s requirements.
Type C Sintered Wire Mesh Material
The standard material are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400, Inconel600, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205 are acceptable based on customer’s requirement.

The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, 1200×1500mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement.

Application of Type C Sintered Wire Mesh
1. Air Fluidized Plate
It is also called air amplifier or air boiling disc. And it is mainly applied in dust removing, filtering and coal powder recycling in the heat power plant. In addition, it can be processed according to customer's request as to the filter rating and specification.
2. Cylinder Tube and Basket Filter
It is mainly used in food, beverage and water treatment, etc. Due to the support of the punching plate, this kind of product has the better strength and easier to back wash.
3. Automatic Filter cartridge
This kind of filter cartridges are mainly used in automatic filter equiment of sea water filtration,ballast water microorganism filtration,waste water,city water,irrigation and so on water treatment.
