The Sintered Wire Mesh Filter

The Type D sintered wire mesh has 2 or 3 layers of the plain dutch woven wire mesh with the same hole size. The sintered wire mesh will be sintered in the vacuum space, and get pressurized and calendered. The hole size were averagely placed on the metal sheet. The Type D sintered wire mesh can be widely used in powder transport, laboratory fluid bed, driers and coolers.

The Type D sintered wire mesh has two layers of plain dutch weave wire meshes, which allow the air flow and fluid go through steadily. And due to its structure, the sintred wire mesh filter can resist high pressure and has the anti-corrsion ability.

The Type D sintered wire mesh are made of SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. If the filter are used in the spcial working place, we can use the special Alloy Steel Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400, Inconel600, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205. We can manufacturer various kinds of sintered wire mesh filte based on customer’s requirement.

The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200mm×1200mm, 1200mm×1500mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement.
