Foil mesh is just one kind of multilayer sintered wire mesh. It is usually made up of 2 layers sintered mesh.  The first layer is a stainless steel foil plate.And the other layer is 80mesh. This kind of sintered mesh is usually used in orthodontic bracket application.  In order to make the foil mesh  firmly stick  onto the surface of  tooth, 80mesh will be  cut by 45 degree and then sintered with the thin foil plate.

The material we can do are SS304,SS316L. And The size of the foil mesh:300mmx1200mm or smaller size strips just as :0.75"x23.75".

For smaller size,we can offer the polished strips.
