Brief Introduction of Sintered mesh
The multi-layer sintered metal mesh is a new type of filter material which is made of a multi-layer metal woven wire mesh and sintered mesh filter is manufactured by a special lamination pressing and vacuum sintering method, and has high mechanical strength and overall rigid structure.

The sintered metal meshes of the layers of the screen are interlaced to form a uniform and ideal filtering structure, which not only overcomes the shortcomings of low strength, poor rigidity, unstable mesh shape, but also the pore size of the material.
The permeability and strength features of sintered mesh filters are reasonably matched and designed, so that sintered mesh has excellent filtration precision, filtration resistance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and processability.The comprehensive performance is clearly superior to work metal powder and ceramics.
