Application of Sintered Wire Mesh

The sintered wire mesh is composed of meshes with uniform filter holes and interconnected. These meshes have tortuous paths and can trap solid particles in gas or liquid. 

The sintered wire mesh is used for purification and filtration of liquid and gas, separation and recovery of solid particles, evaporative cooling at high temperature, air flow control distribution, enhanced heat and mass transfer, noise reduction, flow restriction, etc.

Nowadays sintered wire mesh is becoming more and more popular because of its long service life and good performance of use. It can be cut, welded, rolled into different shapes such as plate, tube, cone, etc. The uniformly staggered meshes form a stable filter structure, it is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, aerospace, environmental protection and other fields.
