The Type D Sintered Wire Mesh Filter

The filter media is a sintered wire mesh that contains 2 or 3 layers of the plain dutch woven wire mesh. The wire meshes were sintered, pressurized and calendered in the vacuum environment. The filter was manufactured based on the wire mesh, thus the filter has the average hole size and the steady air permeability. The filter can be used in many industries, like the powder transport, laboratory fluid bed, driers and coolers.

The raw material of the wire mesh is the stainless steel, like SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. If you need to use the special need, we can offer you the Alloy Steel Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400, Inconel600, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205. There are many choices based on customer’s requirement.

The sintered wire mesh can be made into many filtration products, like the centrifugal separator and the conical filter element. These two products have been widely applied in the chemical, pharmaceutical and beverage industries.

The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200mm×1200mm, 1200mm×1500mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement.
