How Sintered Filter Work?

With the special design and the long time improvement, the filter has the stable porous matrix, the precise bubble point, the close thickness tolerances and the uniformity of permeability. All these features makes the filter has the stable filtration performance, effective backwash cleaning and the long life span. During the backwash process, the well-controlled pores are important, because it can ensure the effective particulate removal from process streams, coupled with subsequent particle removal. The particulate are quite different, from the undesirable contaminate to the desired product of the chemical process, or a reusable catalyst. After the filtration process, the purity can be improved, the value of the liquid stream can be raised and the waste stream would be more easy to deal.

The permanent structure of sintered metal filter makes the filter can be washed easily and do not need to tear the filter media up. The standard materials are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy C-276 , Monel 400, Inconel600, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205 are acceptable based on customer’s requirement. The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, 1200×1500mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement.
