5 Ply Sintered Stainless is our standard sintered mesh structure. A single layer of fine woven wire mesh was placed between two thicker square woven meshes, which were then added to two layers of sturdy Dutch woven wire mesh and sintered together to form a solid panel. A layer of fine woven wire mesh is used as a filter layer which can then be cut and made into various discs, tubes, boxes, and plates.
Material of 5 ply sintered stainless:
AISI304; AISI304L; AISI316; AISI316L
Special alloy steel Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel and Titanium alloys are available upon request.
Sizes of 5 ply sintered stainless:
500x1000mm, 600x1200mm and 1000x1000mm, 1200x1200mm, and other sizes.
