Filtration is a crucial process in various industries, from food and beverage to pharmaceuticals and petrochemicals. The quality of the filtration system determines the purity of the end product, and any compromise can lead to disastrous consequences. This is where Type B sintered wire mesh comes into play.
Sintered wire mesh filter cloth is a porous metal plate made of multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh, which is sintered into a metal plate. It usually consists of 5 layers (or 6-8 layers) of nets: protection net layer, filter net layer, protection net layer, enhanced net layer, enhanced net layer. The sintered filter has high mechanical strength and a wide range of filtration grades. It is a new type of fine filter material used in food, beverage, water treatment, dust removal, pharmaceutical, and polymer industries.
Sintered mesh products will be welded during the production process, so what problems may be encountered during the welding work? Below, I will introduce some problems that you may encounter when welding this product.
1. Wide applications in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.
The Type A sintered wire mesh is made from the 5-layer wire mesh. The wire meshes after sintered in the vaccum enviroment will bond tidely. And thus it can form the complete soliod structure. It can be used in many areas.
The main filter material of the five-layer stainless steel sintered wire mesh filter element is a standard five-layer stainless steel sintered mesh. Standard five-layer stainless steel sintering is made by superimposing five layers of stainless steel wire mesh and vacuum sintering. The filter element made of it has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, good permeability, high strength, easy cleaning and reverse cleaning, high filtration accuracy, hygienic and clean filter material, and no wire mesh falling off.
Sintered wire meshes are commonly applicated in fluidized bed applications and can be used for conveying powders and other dry solid materials.
Multi-layer sintered wire mesh is superior to ordinary metal mesh with higher durability, strength, hardness and good pore location. The sintered wire mesh provides high flow rates and average loads with adequate cleaning and backwash performance.
