Stainless steel pleated filter

Stainless steel pleated filter is generally made of 304, 304L, 316, 316L stainless steel woven mesh or stainless steel fiber sintered felt as the main filter material. The sealing surfaces of sintered stainless steel filter are welded by argon arc welding process. The sintered filter elements layer adopts multi-fold folding process. The stainless steel pleated filter element forms a complete filter structure with no leakage and no media shedding. It is generally folded in three to five layers, with high strength and large filtering area, and is widely used in various industrial filtration equipment.

Sintered stainless steel filter material for producing sintered filter elements: stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a porous filter material made of stainless steel fiber sintered at high temperature; stainless steel woven mesh is a stainless steel wire mesh woven from stainless steel wire through wire mesh weaving machine.
