Stainless steel pleated filter is generally made of 304, 304L, 316, 316L stainless steel woven mesh or stainless steel fiber sintered felt as the main filter material. The sealing surfaces of sintered stainless steel filter are welded by argon arc welding process.

Stainless steel pleated filter core adopts polypropylene microporous fiber membrane as filter medium, with high retention efficiency, large flux and large amount of dirt. Other structural materials are polypropylene, with wide chemical compatibility, very low dissolution, use long life.

Sintered filter description: PP microporous folding sinter filter is made of olefin fiber membrane and non-woven fabric or (net) inner and outer support layer. The filter shell, center rod and end cap are processed by hot melt welding technology, without any glue, no leakage.
