The stainless steel sintered wire mesh are combine with multi-layers with different specification. Compared with common woven wire mesh, the sintered wire mesh have better performance with high strength, high efficiency and hardness.
The material of sintered wire mesh is stainless steel wire with high quality. SS 316 and 316L are the common material used for woven wire mesh. These two kinds material have better anti-rust, anti-chemical properties. If using the SS 201 or 304, the performance will not good in the real application.
According to customers’ request, the stainless steel sintered wire mesh can be 3 layers, 4 layers, 5 layers and so on. 5 layers are the common construction. Except this, different shapes are customized by clients’ request.
