Sintered filter elements is produced by sintering pure pellets without the use of other materials in the structure. These sintered filter elements are typically supplied when only 100% pure is used. If appropriate, it is generally preferred to provide a K-type disposable filter element because both pressure drop and life characteristics are superior to SINTER elements. The advantage of SINTER is that the maximum temperature is up to 200 °C and the chemical resistance is also better. These filters should be ultrasonically cleaned for best results.
SINTER manufactures filter elements for a wide range of materials, sizes and accessories, so it can be easily specified according to the characteristics and configuration required by the customer. SINTER can be combined with custom features or create a completely original filter design to meet specific needs.
Sinter filter elements are available in a variety of different alloys, each with its own special advantages and application objectives. Our filter elements are a popular choice for many industrial filtration applications due to their heat resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
