Sintered filter cartridge

Sintered filter cartridge is made of stainless steel woven mesh or stainless steel fiber felt. Sintered filter cartridge is made by using a multi-layered wire mesh to be overlapped and then sintered together in a vacuum furnace, rolled into a cylindrical shape, and welded at both ends. A roll seam welding process has been added for the roundness and flatness of the entire structure. Its interwoven mesh forms a rigid structure that overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary wire mesh, such as low strength, unstable hole shape, sintered powder filters, ceramic filters, and the like. 

The most important thing is that this kind of stainless steel filter has won great favor. Sintered filter cartridge has outstanding features such as high temperature resistance, smooth wire hole, good air permeability and high dust holding capacity.
