Sand control screens

Sand control screens is made up of rods and warp. The rod can be round wire,triangular wire or trapezoid wire. 
The warp is triangular wire.(V-shape)Material:

302, 304, 316, 314L, 316L stainless steel, mild carbon steel or LCG

Width (mm) : 1.5, 2.0, 2.3, 2.5, 3.0, 3.3, 3.7, 4.0, 4.5

Height (mm) : 1.5, 2.2, 2.5, 2.7, 3.0, 3.6, 4.0, 4.5, 4.7, 5.5

Round bar: from 2.50 mm to 6.0 mm in diameter

Note: Other wire and bar can be provided according to customer's request

Tank size (mm) : 0.05, 0.08, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0...45mm is also available on request.

Length: up to 6 meters.

End joint: welding ring (flat bevel end for butt welding) or threaded inside and outside joint (helix)

Features:

Stainless steel Johnson screen, steel wire mesh, Johnson wedge wire screen is woven by coil and bar, bar can be wedged into special shaped wire (V-shaped wire or round wire), coil can be V-shaped wire.Different shapes of steel wire and precise grooves enable our screens to have high filtration accuracy.The product has solid structure, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties and prolongs the service life of the well
