Sintered Wire Mesh for BWT 

We're the manufacturer of multilayer sintered wire mesh and automatic self cleaning screen for  more than 12years.And We have passed ISO 90001 in 2008.From incoming raw material to multilayer sintered wire mesh to automatic self cleaning screen,we have strict quality control system for each step.Therefore,we can guarantee the best quality to our customers.

For BWT application,we usually adopt  40micron or 50micron 4-layer sintered mesh structure.The sintered mesh screen can  better remove organic particles and sediments from ballast water up to a particle size of 50 μm with great efficiency.

The first layer : perforated plate.It has large opening area.

The second layer :support coarse mesh.

The third layer : filter layer:filter layer

the fourth layer :protective layer

For sintered mesh sheet,we can  supply the max size of 1200mmx1500mm. For most of the automatic self cleaning screen,we can directly use one sheet of multilayer sintered mesh  rolling and welding  into the cylinder type.

The tolerance of the inner diameter of the automatic self screen,we can reach  +/-0.5mm.So you do not worry the roundness of the sintered metal screen.The brush or the nozzle can be better working.

Usually the perforated plate is on the outside.And the protective layer is inside of the automatic self cleaning screen.Due to the support of the outer perforated plate,the sintered mesh has better machenical strength and  anti-pressure.Also  it can guarantee the necessary filtration quality even at the highest of flow rates. The sintered mesh belongs to the surface filtration,it is very easy to be bach-flushing.

At  present,we can provide SS904L,SMO254,Hastelloyc-22,Hastelloy C-276 for Ocean Ballast Water Treatment application.

For normal waste water filtration,we can supply SS316L and SS316L.
