The automatic self cleaning screen usually is made by  three or four layers woven wire mesh.   The layers are sintered together and then roll and weld it into the cylinder type and then weld the two ends connections.

Due to the support of perforated plate,the cartridge has better machanical strength And due to the coarse square mesh support,it has large flow rate.

The first layer is protective square wire mesh

The second layer is the fine mesh(control layer)

The third layer is coarse square wire mesh

The fourth layer is reinforing layer: perforated plate. It has large opening area(40%-56%) and high mechanical strength. 

The material of the automatic self cleaning screen:SS316,SS316L,and SS904L,Hastlloy,Duplex steel for high-corrosion resistance.

Application:  irrigation,waste water filtration,ocean ballast water treatment,sugar,food industry and so on.
